OMG! So my phone just had a fit... I look at it to see what's going on and it says "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" for the green card application!!!! yayy!!!     Okay there is officially no emoticon

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

I just got an email from the USCIS and they informed me that my EAD card has been ordered :D .. finally!! It's been 92 days since my fist NOA. I called yesterday to make an inquiry.

 Now let's see how long does it take to arrive!... 

 

ps. I am adjusting from a F1 (student status) so the 90sh day rule might be the same for everyone.

Congrats! I too am adjusting from F1 and they received my appl on 11/8 so hopefully some good news this week :) :jest::P
