Hey guys when you make e-request for i765, where can you find "i765" in the selection of form? I can see everything except I765 as I drop it down.

We tried it on a couple of different days on laptop and smartphones and did not see the option for 765.

Yeah I just checked and it seems like it's gone! :/

Yes, it disappeared. My guess is as a response to ppl placing multiple requests without waiting 30 days in between (as they tell you if you try by phone) and many even placing several without waiting for a response on the first one. Another guess is it will probably return once they get processing times down to normal ones.

I got an update today saying that the EAD card was mailed to me yesterday.

Nothing on the USPS tracking app so far though.

Anyone experience similar?

Yes, it takes a day or so before MyUSPS updates from when it was actually sent.

Hi Guys. I just came home to a text saying my Application for AOS has been been approved - I 485.

my AOS of received Nov 4, meaning less than 5 months. I wasn't asked to attend any interview, just went from case received to case approved.

Kind of in a little shock given i thought NY field office was months behind, and i assumed any AOS case would take at least 9 months or more.

Has anyone else been approved with a similar timeline?

Before your case is transferred to the local CIS field office, their processing times doesn't matter at all. You were approved directly from the NBC.

Congratulation!!

Yes,We are in a similar situation. We received the green card last Thursday.

I heard random number (maybe 50% I don't know) of people who entered using a K1 Visa get interview waived.

So you and my case was never actually transferred to the local office but it was approved at Lee's summit Missouri :)

Congrat again!!!

Got a text yesterday from USCIS. Rushed online and found that the status for the AOS was changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"! :o This is the first update since "We accepted your fingerprint fee".

So of course I thought USCIS made a mistake. A few hours later, there was another update saying the case was approved. Still having a hard time believing it.

If one could make a Monopoly game out of this (terrible idea, I know), it would be like getting a card that says "You are hereby kicked out of this game" - "Do not go through interview", "Do not receive RFE". Best outcome possible. :)

Thanks a lot! I'm still in a bit of a shock. The relief is overwhelming - all the things I might have messed up in the application, all the potential ways docs could have gotten lost on their way into an adjudicating officer's hands, having to arrange an interpreter for my wife for the interview, the fact that the interview scheduling delay at my local office seems to be around 5-6 months - all that anxiety gone with just one status update.
