If he's a co sponsor, he should definitely be counting you. He is sponsoring you so from now on his household size is 2 until you get your citizenship etc like the i864 instructions say. Your husband would not be counted.

Okay so you are saying it should be 2 and not 3.. okay thanks!!!:)

My wife is also on day 107 for EAD. She put in a second service request this morning and was told she would "hear something pretty soon".

We also did not receive any RFEs.

Not sure if that is 107 days from filing, or from NOA, but we just got notification for EAD a few days ago (118 days from NOA, 138 days from filing). You should hear something within the next week or two I would imagine.

Thanks for the info. We just want to get it before we move to a different state as she most likely wont be getting a job in this town of 4000. It does act as a sign of hope however.

Did you keep a copy of what you sent?  The RFE is probably for something really simple.

Question 16. Eligibility Code   This one seems to be a common cause.  For K-1 it is  (c)(9)

Did you sign the form?

Relax. It is just a little bump in the road, Probably something you can correct and send back the same day.

Hey guys when you make e-request for i765, where can you find "i765" in the selection of form? I can see everything except I765 as I drop it down.

We tried it on a couple of different days on laptop and smartphones and did not see the option for 765.
