Was the status updated online also? 

 

We were approved on same day and my status hasn't changed online. I don't have the text/email updates set up.

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Yes, the online statuses are now "card was mailed to me" for EAD and "card was approved" for AP.

But also there's been many people on here that got everything in the mail without any online updates... USCIS doesn't seem to reliability update the status on the website in all cases. My I-485 still says "fingerprint fee received" even though I got a notice to appear for interview.

Lol, I think it's because most of those who are on this forum already have their EAD so they're probably now busy looking for work or going to interviews or already working.  Btw my status hasn't updated either, my EAD was approved March 9 and it still says card in production, and I already went to my interview and was approved but the status still says Interview Is Scheduled.  Hopefully I get texts/updates this week. :unsure:

btw.. when I read your interview description I was like... "omg noo... he did not just forget that!" hahahahah it's all fun and jokes cause it all went well... but I'm happy you did not get a cranky one! :)

Nope, it still says Fingerprint Fee was received. That means it doesn't matter how fast/slow the Orlando office works?

Hahaha this made me laugh! I just got the car insurance! The first quotes were like $300 a month, C-R-A-Z-Y. I found a good one at $99 with renters insurance :) Feeling like a boss now B-)

At least not yet! It hasn't been transferred from NBC to the local office yet. You might still get a direct approval from the NBC. :)

How do you know if it's been transferred to local office? & mine says ready to be scheduled.
