I'd been expecting around $14, but I was horribly, horribly wrong. We probably should have sent it with FedEx but we were anxious to get it out and the post office is right down the street. That place has cost me way more than I expected every time I've gone in. I wouldn't be surprised if they know me as 'the girl who exclaims loudly when she's told the cost of sending something',haha.

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Oh that is quite a lot. When I sent my RFIE it was around $10, but I also sent a package to my homecountry the same day and that ended up costing $80 :wacko:

AOS:

2016-11-21 Filed AOS, AP, EAD

2016-12-19 NOA1 Hardcopy received

2017-03-09 EAD and AP approved

2017-09-15 Green card approved, interview waived

 

ROC:

2019-08-12 Filed ROC (one day shipping)

2019-11-13 Biometrics appointment (Lubbock, TX)

Yes, that's correct. As long your GC is still in pending you can still apply for advance parole

Conditional GC Process:
04/2012 - Concurrent I-130 petition / I-485 AOS / I-765 EAD / I-131 AP sent
35 days to biometrics, 73 days to EAD/AP combo card, 85 days to interview, 96 days to Conditional Green Card

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship

I'm very happy right now! We managed to open our first joint bank account :) We did it online with Capital One. They had to call me to verify my identity and asked me a few questions. In a few days my card will arrive in the mail!

Day 100 for EAD. We put a service request in after 75 days. They don't seem to work. Perhaps we should attempt to do that again.

Hi!

I haven't seen any approvals this week so far, it seems that either the USCIS staff is on vacation this week or our applications are in the limbo... I don't really know does their workflow processes work, but I've seen ppl that applied in December getting their approvals before ppl that applied in NOV.. 

I'm on 105 days and the last response I got from them was: Case under review...

Got my congresswomen involved.. let's see if it helps!
