You should read this

They aren't allowed by law to discriminate in hiring due to the SOLE reason that your EAD has a time limit. Also... you can assure them that there will be no gap in employment should the GC drag out since the EAD you have is extendable.

Susanna, Thank you so much for mentioning the post. I have read it and indeed it's illegal to deny employment based on that. But all interviews I have had asked first my immigration status and HR isn't usually knowledgeable; I explain but they still do not want to move forward - although it's illegal but I have no proof to report it or anything. I trying to keep some hope and hopefully something will work out!

Thanks again for your post :)

it's so nerve-wracking to see Visa Journey processing date for EAD to be 11/4, and our date being the same. The nerves are worse than when we were only a few days away! Now I'm like where is ours! Haha...

Lol well.... there is a Swedish saying "the one who is waiting for something good will never wait too long" sort of meaning it'll be worth it when it's done! Good luck :)

Hey guys, how's going?

I just have a quick question.

1. When you count your days, do you start to count from "RECEIVED DATE" or "NOTICE DATE"? Both dates are in your NOA

2. If I count my days from "RECEIVED DATE", today is 76 days. My received date is Nov 16,2016.

I'm waiting for my EAD card, but when I saw this "https://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days",

I'm little bit hesitated now to call, do you think should I call?

Thanks in ahead!
