Yes if you get a letter from employer stating current annual income I'm pretty sure you would be fine even if the prior years you didn't make enough.. Just include everything you have and current pay stubs, whatever you can get but don't think you need to start over.. You don't have to rush - you already married you can file AOS whenever works best for you. If you file it now though you will probably be ok since you make enough!!

I try to make an effort and find the answer myself, but I think this one merits some second opinions. It might be worth making some google searches, but this is a special circumstance. I'd say this one deserves a more prominent post.

So i submitted my AOS PACKET on 3rd of Nov. Lets see what happens. I am so waiting for the Employment authorization because i have few opportunities coming up which i cant miss. I already has conditional ssn which say Employement authorization with DHS Approval.

How long is noa1 taking to receive once package is delivered to uscis?

The average is 10 to 15 working days Can be later or earlier. .
