HCM Vietnam Visa Fee...Help

Hi all VJ

I would like to know how come I tried to print out deposit slip to pay for my fiancee visa. The deposit slip date expire on 08/11/2016...

It looks like their website did not update. the bottom deposit slip clear said, if date expire please do not accept deposit...

Do anyone have similar issues?

Please give advice on how to print out with current date..

I-129F sent August 6th 2016

NOA1 Received August 8th 2016

Approved October 11th 2016

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

POE Houston ????

Have you tried to email the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City and asked them about this? I am interested to know too since I will be doing the same thing you are doing as soon as I get a HCM case number from NVC.

K1 Fiancee Visa Timeline

September 16, 2016- Submitted I-129F Petition

September 19, 2016- USPS delivered I-129F Petition to Lewisville, TX

September 21, 2016-Notice of Action Date from Paper notice

September 22, 2016-USCIS cashed our I129F petition fee payment and received text and email message confirming that our petition has been forwarded to the California Service Center for processing

September 26, 2016- Received NOA1 in the mail stating that our petition has been received by California Service Center and is in process
October 14, 2016- Checked USCIS application online and our case was approved. NOA2 will be mailed.

October 20,2016- Received NOA2 paper copy in the mail from the California Service Center indicating that our petition was approved and will be sent to the National Visa Center.

November 9, 2016- Called NVC and they confirmed that our approved I-129F petition has been received

November 14,2016- Called NVC and they confirmed that our approved I-129f petition was given a case number

November 15,2016- Checked the State Department Consular Electronic Application Center and our case is in transit to the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City

November 17, 2016- Checked he State Department Consular Electronic Application Center and our case has been received by the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. It shows Ready with the following message: "case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section"

November 23, 2016- Received by email Packet 3 from the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City

November 25, 2016- Completed Packet 3 and send it to the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City

December 1, 2016- Medical Examination Completed

December 1, 2016- Visa interview scheduled for Tuesday January 24, 2017

December 2, 2016- US Consulate changed my fiancee Duong's interview to Friday January 13, 2017

 

January 13, 2017- US Consulate gives my fiancee Duong a blue sheet requesting for more evidence.

January 20, 2017- My fiancee Duong and I returned to the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City and submitted requested evidence and received approval notification after waiting for 3.5 hours. :)

January 25, 2017- US Consulates issues my fiancee Duong's visa and sends it to her via EMS- local courier service in Vietnam. Due to Tet holiday my fiancee Duong will most locally received her passport and visa late next week.

ADT, you and your fiancee are so lucky. Just got off with NVC and the lady told me that they have not received our approved 129F petition. She also mentioned to me that she does not expect our approved petition to go past six weeks before NVC receives it. We will see about this. Seems like they are short staffed at NVC and the personnel is working back and forth between I129F approved cases and other cases. This would explain the backlog they have.

I just schedule interview on Dec. 9th..And will be back to attend interview with my fiancee..

Thank you for the support ADT. Best of luck to you and your fiancee. Just got off the phone with NVC and they still have not received our approved petition. Will call them again tomorrow. I don't like playing the waiting game. NVC surely is short staffed and has a backlog. It makes no sense some 129F approved cases are being processed faster than others. As soon as your fiancee gets the embassy packet please let me know. My fiancee Duong's permanent address in Vietnam is in Vinh Long. She would like to how long it takes for the US Consulate to send the packet to the beneficiary.

Yes I am coming to Vietnam for my fiancee's interview. I so hope that our petition is assigned a NVC # this week. I plan to also be in Vietnam about 10 days or so. I plan to travel back to the US with Duong. Once I get a NVC case number I will email Duong and give her instructions. Will definitely tell Duong to call your fiancee if she has any questions. Thanks again ADT.
