I am a beneficiary my wife file the i130 pettion case on February 23 was approved by uscis on may11 2016 a Notice of Approval was sent to her saying the original form was sent to NVC but nvc hasn't received it to this very day can any one give ous a idea as to what is happening thanks in advance

Wow, did she call USCIS to find out what's going on? I have seen cases that were sent to the NRC instead of NVC. She might want to ask if it was sent there by mistake. That was one fear that I had when my petition was approved back in April.

So what has your wife done so far? Who has she called. 6 months is a bit ridiculous.

She needs to call NVC ask them is the petition is there. If not email to NVCresearch@state.gov.

Then call USCIS demand to speak to a Tier 2 Supervisor. Once you get them on the line she says exactly these words "What date did my petition leave the service center for NVC?"

They have the date the time and the place.

What does your case status say on uscis.gov? Does it say your petition was sent to the Department of state on XXXXXXX

After you have done all that come back give us status here. Hope they find it.

I have contact the research department of nvc it not there we contacted back the uscis n spoke to a superviser we were given a Referral id number then they sent a letter to my wife stating that they are still doing security checks and have no time span as to when they will get it

But how is that? And they already sent a letter telling ous our pettion is approved and sent off to NVC we are confused and stress

Don't waste your time contacting NVC. The error is with USCIS.Get your congressman/woman involved ASAP.
