You should be 100 % honest and answer all they ask about truthfully. That said, they will not care even the slightest about your back pain or blood pressure. All they care about is drug use, mental health and communicable diseases.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I've not had mine yet but from reports I have read of others they take your blood pressure anyway so they will know that you have high blood pressure. We all have back pain at some point in our lives so that's nothing unusual.

As said before, although they check things like eyesight and so on these are not things that will cause your case to be denied. It's a general medical check. The things that will cause a denial are drug use, mental health issues that cause you to be a danger to yourself or others and serious diseases that cause a danger to general public health such as TB.

Timeline in brief:

High blood pressure will probably not disqualify you, but for your own health and safety you should probably do something about it!!

The reason for that medical exam is to make sure you are not bringing any health threats to the US. Be truthful in your exam. My husband did it in the Anglo American hospital

Okay thak you all for your advice , and also I wanna know should I take my wife's birth certificate with me at the interview or no ?

Also should I take any tax papers for my sponsor or no

Your embassy or consulate should've sent you a letter listing all the REQUIRED documents. This usually includes -

  1. Marriage certificate
  2. Divorce/Death certificate (if required)
  3. Proof of Relationship
  4. Affidavit of Support (I-864) and all financial documents (tax returns/W2 or tax transcripts. pay stubs, letter of employment).

For each of these items you should bring both originals and photocopies. I would also HIGHLY recommend that you bring original versions of all proof of relationship documents you submitted with your I-130 application.

My AOS (I-864) form was sent to the nvc by my sponsor by himself , he sent it by him self to the nvc cuz he didn't want anyone to know how much he makes , and I don't think he will agree to give it to us to take it with me at the inerview , I appreciate his cooperation with us and sponsoring me , so It will be hard to take this form with me at the inerview , so would it be okay or it may cuz a problem for not having the AOS form with me at the interview ?

What does your Interview letter say? Read it over; if it asks for all Affidavit of Support forms, then you're going to have to get a copy of that form from your sponsor. Otherwise, you might be in for a rough interview.

You dont need anything from your wife, I attended the interview with my husband. I took my pay stubs, my taxes, extra proof... at the end we didnt need anything... all you need is what the letter says... unless they ask for additional stuff dont take anything.

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Thank you all for helping

And this is what the letter says :

" Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview."

So anyone can explain to me
