GOOD Evening All,

Finally got my IL letter and schedule for Dec 13 2016. My Pd is Jan 22 2015 !

If a financial sponsor submitted an I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you must give the consular officer
an original version that is signed in ink (NOT photocopied). You may need to have your petitioner
mail this to you.
The appropriate Form I-864 Affidavit of Support for each financial sponsor along with a photocopy of
the sponsor’s IRS transcript or most recent U.S. federal income tax return, and any relevant W-2s.

My husband already submitted I-864 Aos to the Nvc. Does he need to fill out and new one and mail it to me to bring to my interview ?

He can print off a copy of the old one he submitted and just sign it off with a pen if he has it somewhere on his computer. If he doesn't have a copy on his computer, he needs to fill a new one and sign it off with a pen and send it to you. The bottom line is you MUST take an ink signed I-864 to your interview. Hope this helps. Good luck!
