Hello Everyone,

I know this may sound really stupid, but can someone please give me exact instructions on how I should mail in my K1 visa binder? I have finished compiling my K1 visa binder/packet, and both my fiance and I have signed everything. Everything is ready.....all I need to do is mail it....How should I mail it? I have never mailed anything before in my life! Do I go to my local post office? On my fiance intent and all the papers I have the address USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266 written at the top left corner....does that mean I can only make my package out to that address when I mail it?

What is this address USCIS attn:I 129F 2501 South State Highway 121 Business, Suite 400, Lewisville, TX 75067???

So which of those addresses do I send it to? Please some one help me...i'm just so nervous.

I would like to send it so that I can track it...and I would like it to get there fast....so does the USPS do that? Also can I go to the USPS and just bring my binder and package it and everything there, because I don't have supplies at home? Money is not an issue.

Hello :)

You can send it using USPS or a carrier.

Here is the information on USCIS website:

USPS:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

I advise you to not use a binder since USCIS does not like it. A paper clip is just fine

Go to the post office and send it by Priority Mail (1-3 days) for about $6-7, it includes tracking. Don't waste money on overnight services like Express, UPS, or FedEx. You will be waiting for months, one or two days won't make a difference.

Good luck.

Do not send the packet/papers in a binder. USCIS will just toss it in the garbage. Stack the papers neatly in order of your cover letter. Put it all in a large envelope and address it. The address goes in the middle not the upper left corner. The upper left corner is for your/return address.

If you need help go to the post office and ask them for help in properly addressing the package. Send it with tracking so you have confirmation it was received.

Is there no friend and family member that can help you?

I should use a paper clip for 118 pages? What kind of paper clip will hold that?

Since you have so many pages then maybe you can use one of these but I am not sure if you can use them57330-group3ww-l.jpg

You can follow some USCIS tips here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

Am I allowed to use staples at all? For example if something is 3 pages long can I stable it? or should I just leave all the papers loose?

Sorry I meant to say use a clip, don't staple.
Do you have a cover letter?
If I were you I would do one with everything that your package contains and then just use one of those big clips I showed you before to put it all together
