At the end of this month i will become eligible to apply for citizenship, however USCIS is till working on removing the conditional status of my green card. I have a couple question, the instructions states that I need to submit a copy of my transcript from the last 3 years which i have , I read somewhere that you must bring documentation to prove your marriage is legit during the interview. Is this correct?

Yes. The requirement comes from the naturalization interview document check list (Form N-659) that will arrive along with the interview letter. I shared pictures of it on http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/587671-n-400-march-2016-filers/?p=8169306 middle of first page it says if you filed as a spouse of a US citizen, bring proof that you and your spouse lived in marital union for at least 3 years at the time of filing for naturalization. As you'll see, they don't state any particular list of supporting evidence there either though.
