Thank you for sharing this. @frigatebird is the the wording in your update, if so it must not be a tranfer but some one actually working your case 🤗🤗

Yes, that's the wording in my update. But the old USCIS case status wording is" You receive your case at your local office" I'm confused about it.

Hi,

Is this notice from 5/1 transfer notification?

I don't know what that means, but the date of the notice is right there, April 11th.

So after you passed your N 400 interview/ test,  your ROC is approved after it transferred to NBC? In other word, your ROC wasn't transferred to NBC before you passed your N 400 test?

I'm not sure what you mean, but basically I passed my interview, the case was on hold for revision and after the interview I got the transfer notice.

My interview was 4/3, the notice date is 4/11.

Hello all,

This forum has been really helpful for me. I've been following updates here for the past few months and just created an account.

Filed in CSC - 11/08/2016

NOA: 11/10/2016

Received the case transferred to local office update on February  25th, 2018.

Case did not update saying approved or anything suggesting an approval.

However, yesterday I received an update on my USCIS account with the following information. The First update read card ordered, then a date of birth change on my form i-751 (which i didn't request for a DOB change).

image.thumb.png.20d8aa362ad88682bff76093aaa6bca2.png

Has anyone gotten a status like this. Could it be considered an approval or should I still wait for an approval/card in the mail.

Thanks

Hello Conrad88,

Thank you for your reply. I hope so. I am confused because i got the email below with case status showing as Initial Review. Is it still In review or has it been approved and card ordered? We won't know for sure until i get something in the mail.

Oh USCIS with the mind games :)

You should chilax and enjoy the day. It's a 100% approval. You can take that to the bank. Congrats. Can i ask you, did your status show anything about the may 1st or may 3rd transfers before date of birth and card production showed up?. Thanks and congratulations

Thank you, they transferred your case to NBC after you had your N 400 interview. So it is NBC approved your I 751, instead of CSC?

That's the thing, it was never clear to me and when I asked a Tier 2 officer, they said they didn't know either. According to that notice that I received, yeah, they sent the ROC after the N400+ROC interview to speed things up and NBC presumably approved it. But this is all just a guess, based on the letter I received.

Yeah, USCIS has no clear procedure now especially for N400 with pending I 751. That's why it's hard to predict what and when the next step gonna take. I had the notification of transfer looks like same wording as yours "transfer to another office for processing". However my N 400 interview is not scheduled yet.
