My NOA was 11/09/16. 

 

Looks like they are actually transferring cases  now, but regardless Nov seem to be trucking along nicely for people.

No, I have not, particularly not with a passport appointment already scheduled for the very same day I get naturalized...! LOL

 

I'm sure eventually it'll make it to my mailbox, and I will gladly surrender it to my local field office or wherever it needs to be sent, however, the minute I was approved, and subsequently also approved for my N-400, I completely and justifiably lost interest.

Correct - the only notification of a transfer I received was in Feb in conjunction with the system glitch. Next notification received was the approval notice on May 2nd. 

 

I am not sure what to make of the notifications of transfers in April/May - might be a glitch or workload transfers. It is hard to tell until further action is taken on those cases.

My online status changed to RFE mailed today .. anyone has experience with this before?

Is RFE letter different for each of us? Or the same generic format?

I did. I went to my n400 interview before I had my ROC approved. I passed but I had to wait for the ROC. Then it got approved and now I'm waiting for my oath ceremony.

The officers, even Tier 2 are pretty useless. I received my notice of approval some days after I saw the status of approved. The notice says the card can take up to 60 (I think) days

I don't think so. I had my case move to NBC, presumably, by the notice I got on the mail, but days letter it just got approved. Although I supposedly had both interviews together (ROC and n400)

What did it say in the letter? That it got transferred because of workload balancing?

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Your case was adjudicated and approved in CSC. Yeah, it's hard to tell from the notification unless there's a paper notice in mail or further action is taken on it.

So after you passed your N 400 interview/ test,  your ROC is approved after it transferred to NBC? In other word, your ROC wasn't transferred to NBC before you passed your N 400 test?
