You know, I went back a little bit on the thread and read your story. You were saying pretty much the same things as I was. My officer said "This is a special case, so we are going to work on both together, we are going to go back and forth, although I'm going to review it and if I need something else, I will let you know". I would swear she said "In one day or two", but I must have imagined that. She asked me things about my marriage and all of that and wrote it in a piece of paper, but I mean... not much changed from one application to the other. Same husband, same job, same things. The updated documents (such as updated bank statements and stuff) were attached to the N400, so I don't know what is there to review. Specially if they have the case right there! And I also had my husband with me, I said he could come and she said "we will see, if we need him, we can call him". Anyway, at this point my only frustration is that I have an expired Green Card (although I'm not planning on leaving the country or anything) and I don't have time to miss a day off work to go for an info pass or another interview. But what can you do. I have a question, so I see that you haven't filled up your timeline. How long since you had the N400 interview, to the day you were informed you had the ROC interview, to the actual second interview?

Our date is October 31st, 2016 and our status on the website changed to card being produced late last week.

 

So they are close if not already working on November hopefully! Good luck guys!

By their estimate, they should by 50% into the first week of  November

So... I am so confused. I filled for CSC my ROC. I did received a message saying that my case was transferred but I read some posts about that being a glitch. In any case, I also submitted my N400 and was called for an interview. The officer had BOTH cases with her. She said we would work on both but she would need more time to review mine. In any case, if the ROC is WITH the N400 in San Diego, how can I know what the time processing is? Is it the same as the rest?

You are now on your locals office time. Its pretty much case by case when it comes to local offices.

I saw one person NOA was Nov 4 2016 got approved on April 5. Looks like they start doing Nov now. Let's pray!

saw one November approved o 4/5, and its from Russia... is it just me, or really Russian's cases always process quicker?

I have a peruvian friend who just got her approval letter on the mail and she is November 8.

Use the case tracker app. You can look up 500 consecutive cases.
