I-751 November 2016 Filers

SO I called USCIS about my case which was transferred to the local office 2-25. They told me to expect it to be processed with my N-400 in August!

there is another N-400 filer with ROC in Detroit, she got her interview notice after filing her N-400 in Dec. 2017, which super fast and her nationality is Russia...

When was her ROC submitted? I applied for ROC 11/03/2016 but my notice dated 11/20. I applied for N400 11/01/2017. 

Egyptian nationality - Detroit too

I guess that says that nationality matters if she applied after me in the same office and got ahead.

I don't think that applies to I-751 applications otherwise, we'd be seeing more activity from the CSC filers for example in this thread alone.  Probably applies to other applications that go directly to field offices as opposed to service centers.

May be. There could be other factors but the work load of a specific case type may factor in.
