I am a November 2016 ROC filer being processed by CSC. They are taking way too long. I have been calling USCIS like crazy and those customer service folks could not transfer me to a Tier 2 officer...they would often resound the "your case is still within processing time". However, last week when I called, this lady offered (without me asking) to transfer me to a Tier 2 office. The officer said that I should get a decision about my case within 60 days, and if I dont, I call them back for an expedite. Now, in 60 days, my case would have been 17 months since my NOA1. Good news is that, November folks are soon going to be looked at. Also, I applied for my N400 in December 2017 already, hopefully, in the 60 days, I am actually called for an interview, where my N400 will be approved with the ROC...who knows? I could hit the same bird with two stones. Good luck to everyone!

I feel you. I also filed my ROC way back in October of 2016. Got a NOA1 dated Nov 3rd 2016. I filed N400 October 23rd 2017 and fortunately they scheduled me right away for an interview which is this morning at 7:30AM in Denver, Colorado. So my N400 interview went well, I passed the interview/test but the officer told me he can't give me an approval because he has to review my ROC application first since CSC forwarded my application here in Denver. I'll just have to wait on my ROC result. Good luck to you.

Congratulations on the interview. Hopefully they process your ROC soon. At least its been sent to your field office already, that means it is going to be worked on soon. Did you file online or you used mail? I filed online. It is a waiting game.

When was your NOA1 for ROC? Good luck, I hope you get some good news soon. Did you apply online for your N400? I have heard that online applications are normally processed faster..I do not know if it just a falacy or not.

Hi November filers,

I am curious to know if any of you have receive words on your ROC yet? We have received a one year extension stamp i-551, but it would be nice to have the 10 years green card in hand.

Do you know what month they are working on now? Are they working on November 2016 filers yet?
