@Stella&andrew From what I have seen with other VJers, folks get the approval letter 7-10 days after the approval date and the status changes 4-5 days later to "card in production". Nobody is seeing online updates just for approvals. So you should expect to receive your letter by end of this week / early next week and your status will update online few days after.

After over a year of filing the I-751 my husband received the letter of approval. We were not asked to interview as we provided as much information as possible. No immigration officers at our house. F

Congrats!. if you are approved, you should get something in the mail soon. Do you mind let us know what was your NOA date ? and how were you able to make emergency infopass?

Two change of address forms?  I moved and filled out a form online.  Do I need to do something else?  I don't want to miss important letters!

Thank you! I just walked in explain to them my emergency with proper documentarion.  I tried and they let me in. Noa date 11/17/17. It’s very very stressful.. I know. I wish you good luck.

Day 25  12-15-2017  Biometrics Appointment at Ft Smith, AR ASC

Day 104 03-02-2018 Notified Interview Letter Sent.

Day 151 04-18-2018 Interview at Fort Smith, AR 

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

 

Day 1,370 - JOURNEY from K1 Visa to Oath of Citizenship is now COMPLETE!

Yes two forms the AR11 and the i-865 sponsors change of address, that is if your spouse is your sponsor and they have moved also. Obviously if you are divorced or your sponsor is someone else and has remained at the same address it wont apply.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

 

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

 

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

 

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Yes, you submitted AR-11 which is online address change form and needs to be sent by the immigrant spouse when he/she moves. Form I-865 has to be sent by the sponsor when he/she moves. If your spouse was your sponsor should send I-865.  This is what the instructions say "If at any time in the past you completed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, to sponsor an immigrant, you are required to report your change of address within 30 days of the change if the sponsorship agreement is still in force."  People reported on VJ mailing I-865 form late because they didn't have any idea what the heck is this I-865 form. They sent it later after a year or few months. It is the law and should be mailed as soon as you could.  See the link below, I hope it will help you. Regards

Hi there. Will appreciate if you could reply to my queries

 

1)    Does USICS informs everybody by email and sms at the time of approval (before formal

        mail is received) , or do you  have to register somewhere for it?

2)    How do you register with courier company (is it USPS or UPS ?) so that you are

        pre-informed about a mail being sent in your name by USICS.
