Hi guys, please update me : Biometrics for 12/20/16 (received letter on 12/08/16)

thanks!

Received bio-metrics today for 12/22/2016 - please add us to the list.

Question to the people here - we have a vacation scheduled on 12/21 - 12/26. Flights and hotel were booked almost 6 months ago.

Can I do a walk-in and show my flight tickets, or they won't care?

After over a year of filing the I-751 my husband received the letter of approval. We were not asked to interview as we provided as much information as possible. No immigration officers at our house. F

Hello,

I was curious about checking my case status on my uscis and upon checking it I received this notice:

On November 17, 2016, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC1703250660. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 17, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This is weird because I know my fee was not waived because they cashed my check. Plus I didn't apply for any fee waiver? Anyone have this status?

It's a glitch. If you scroll through the first few pages of the ROC section you will see it happened to other people as well. It is nothing to worry about, as confirmed by Tier 2 officer over the phone.

Biometrics appointment scheduled for 12/22/2016. Letter received yesterday.

Biometrics appointment completed. :dancing: The staff at Portland ASC were fantastic; so happy and efficient!

Has anyone been keeping an eye on other month threads to see how their progress has been re: the next steps with interview & etc? I'm not trying to rush anything, just a little excited to have ticked off another milestone hehe.

I have been keeping eye on May 16 filers and looks like lot of them are approved already. So I would say the next step is just to wait for another 6 months and we will definitely hear something back.

Hi guys, I had my biometris today, I went to the appointment one hour early and everything was very fast, less that 5 minutes. Me and my husband were the only people there, the place was empty! I was worried that they take my green card but they only asked for it and gave me the green card back.

Now is time to wait! I was reading California is taking 7 months for the process, what do you think?


I just said the same...it looks like California is taking 6 to 7 months to approved, finger crossed!

I have been keeping eye on May 16 filers and looks like lot of them are approved already. So I would say the next step is just to wait for another 6 months and we will definitely hear something back.

I just checked my mailbox and I received the Biometrics appointment letter.

My appointment is 12/21/2016 can someone please update.

Adjustment of Status:

August 16th, 2014 my Package was sent (I-130, I-485, I-765)

August 19th, 2014 was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox and signed by D. Nesbit

August 25th, 2014 I received 3 emails and text messages @ 6:24 am and my checks were cashed

August 27th, 2014 I received NOA's/ Biometrics appointment for 09/09/2014

September 9th, 2014 Biometrics Done

November 5th, 2014 I-485 Testing and Interview (the new website says nov 4th)

November 6th, 2014 EAD Card Production

November 13th, 2014 EAD was mailed

November 14th, 2014 Received my EAD! ( Applied for my SSN 11/17/2014 & got my SSN on 11/22/2014)

December 17th, 2014 I was scheduled for my appointment for 01/21/14

January 21st, 2015 Aos Appointment

January 21st, 2015 Approved for 2-year green card


Removal of Conditions:

November 21st, 2016: My package was sent (I-751)

November 22nd, 2016: Package delivered to the California Service Center and signed by E. Barr

November 25th, 2016: Checks Cashed

November 28th, 2016: NOA(I-797) received
