no, all they asked for was court related documents they did not ask for anything else. Also they received my response on June 27th according to my uscis account, back to waiting it's been close to 20 months I'm so over this never ending process, hopefully they won't take a lot longer to finish the process

Iagree. I will be sending the response to my REF today. This months is 20 months for us as well. Praying that this is the light at the end of this turnal.

Hey guys so I have my N400 interview under 3year rule in 13 days... My roc still pending

I applied for ROC on nov 2015 and been waiting, applied in Los Angeles.

I just realized I got a notice on 05/08 saying my case for ROC was transferred to USCIS OFFICE of NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER, P.O BOX 648005, MO 64064

WHICH IS IN JACKSON MISSOURI

That makes absolutely no sense for me since I lived in LOS ANGELES since I arrived USA with my american spouse

And I have my Citizenship interview in LOS ANGELES OFFICE in 13 days...

Which does not say anything about ROC on it

But I was assuming it would be for both ROC and N400... now considering my ROC is been looked at by MISSOURI who guarantees they can interview me?

Can anyone explain to me what is going on? I have a BS feeling that I am gonna go to LA interview for n400 and they gonna be like oh you have to wait on a decision of your ROC from MISSOURI ?!?!?!?!

Did anyone else got transferred to that random  place?

Thanks

hello, AH&JH. sorry for the personal message but I'm in a similar situation CSC received my rfe on June 26th. I was just wondering if you're a divorce filer or if there's anything else on you're case that can trigger an interview cause based on other people's cases on this thread uscis usually makes a decision based on you're rfe response right after they receive it, I haven't seen any interviews after rfe received but who knows maybe this is a new procedure nowadays🤔Are you at the CSC or VSC??

I filed jointly at CSC but got divorce on my 3rd year of marriage. Got an RFE asking for divorce decree and asking if I would like to amend to divorce waiver. Sent the divorce decree but didn't sign to amend as my lawyer told me divorce waiver is for people that gets divorce during the 2 years conditional period, my lawyer explained that in a letter that we sent with the RFE. Now they said they will schedule an interview but not idea how long they will take to schedule it. Are they calling you for an interview too? are you divorce waiver?

they received my rfe on June 26th, and I haven't heard anything since I'm hoping to get approved without an Interview, also I'm not a divorce waiver, reason for rfe was for court documents they wanted on a misdemeanor

Absolutely no reason for not visiting home due to the process. Thousands people including myself doing so without any trouble, you’re allowed to travel and return on your i551 stamp (if you got it). The worse thing that can happen is to spend extra time on secondary while they verify your pending case. I understand the anxiety though.

RFE reply received by USCIS June 4th

Update from USCIS June 26 ROC was transferred to USCIS OFFICE of NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER for an interview to be scheduled. I also receive paper notification saying the same.

No interview date yet

I sent my RFE first week on June but received no confirmation from USCIS about it. (CSC)

I received a letter of transfer (dated July 3) to USCIS office of national benefits center for an interview to be scheduled. Is it strange that I did not receive an acknowledgement from USCIS about receiving my RFE? and is this transfer notice real or system glitch?

Thank you.

@shradhak I'm sorry to hear they are calling you inn for an interview. I think it is normal not to recieve an acceptance letter for your REF, they received my ref response last week and have not sent me notice that they recieved my doc. I only know theyv recieved them because my status updated on the DHS website.

I also think if you got an official letter in the mail about a possible interview then i would start preparing for an interview by collecting additional/updated documents to support your case etc.

Best of luck mate.

The good news is there is a light at the end of your turnal
