We divided the packaged into 8 sections. We saved on paper where we could, but the finance section was the largest.

The second largest section was rentals - just the 4 contracts were ~85 pages (from marriage to now).

We did the same thing. Approximately 500+ pages divided into 8 sections. I supposed we could have sent quarterly financial statements, but we chose to send the entire time since our marriage.

Best of luck to all. We are expecting our NOA 1 this week, then will update our timeline.

My application was delivered to the ca service center on Friday so I'm hoping this week I will get my NOA 1 ?

I'm not too worried about the wait time this time around. It's not like I'm stuck in NZ away from my husband or stuck in involuntary unemployment this time ?

True, I feel the same way that even I felt I get my biometric letter very fast. it's a completely different and relax experience when you are with your husband :)

Did an early walk-in today, and "got told" in the process by the lady at the reception desk (ooops!). She mentioned that biometrics data simply stay stuck in the system until the real processing date, and that there is also a danger that the information gets released and lost before it. In my specific case she said it's not too far away, so there won't be a problem.

I have a feeling she was just trying to discourage anyone from doing an early walk-in, and I even told her it would have been fine if she didn't want to process me, but she did accept me. Place was empty, I was in and out in less than 10-15 minutes.

@jeffkadrliktorr I don't think you used the latest version to update. cos my dates are not updated in this version :(

I sent my I-751 last week and I don't know how to add myself to the list.

If anyone can help me that would be great!

Adjustment of Status:

August 16th, 2014 my Package was sent (I-130, I-485, I-765)

August 19th, 2014 was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox and signed by D. Nesbit

August 25th, 2014 I received 3 emails and text messages @ 6:24 am and my checks were cashed

August 27th, 2014 I received NOA's/ Biometrics appointment for 09/09/2014

September 9th, 2014 Biometrics Done

November 5th, 2014 I-485 Testing and Interview (the new website says nov 4th)

November 6th, 2014 EAD Card Production

November 13th, 2014 EAD was mailed

November 14th, 2014 Received my EAD! ( Applied for my SSN 11/17/2014 & got my SSN on 11/22/2014)

December 17th, 2014 I was scheduled for my appointment for 01/21/14

January 21st, 2015 Aos Appointment

January 21st, 2015 Approved for 2-year green card


Removal of Conditions:

November 21st, 2016: My package was sent (I-751)

November 22nd, 2016: Package delivered to the California Service Center and signed by E. Barr

November 25th, 2016: Checks Cashed

November 28th, 2016: NOA(I-797) received

Hey guys, just filed my I-751 on Saturday November 26th (My three month window starts on November 27th so I assume since the 26th and 27th fall on a weekend, USCIS will get my papers on Monday November 28th so my filing date (Monday 28th) will fall within my three month window).

My application was delivered on Monday and signed for by a USCIS person, even though I waived the signature requirement on my express package.

I was in NYC when I had to file my papers and I forgot my checks at our home in Florida so I had to get a Postal Money Order from the post office.. Now I'm calling the money order verification line every day to see if they cashed the money order yet.. I hate how they don't have an electronic receipt notification like they have for other petitions..

Oh well, I guess the waiting game starts now.

AOS Journey:

9/19/2014: AOS Package (i130, i485, i765 and i131) sent to Chicago lockbox using USPS Certified mail

12/3/2014: EAD and Advanced Parole in Production :dancing:

12/12/2014: EAD/AP Card received

1/23/2015: Interview is Scheduled for February 27!

1/28/2015: Interview Letter Received

3/10/2015: Greencard Received

 

12/3/2016: Filed i751 at California Service Center

 

12/4/2016: Filed N400 - Dallas TX

 

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

2/26/2018: i751 Case received at Local Office

1/5/2018: i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!
