I just created my account because I am in the same boat and very tired of waiting......:(

please add me to the tracker as well

NOA 11/03/2016 for my ROC I-751

BIO 12/02/2016 (walk in)

"Case Transferred" glitch 02/26/2018 (never received notice, case still at CSC)

......and nothing since then.

I filed online for a service request and received this on 05/17/2018:

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

I travel a lot for work internationally and got my stamp at the LOS office (where I had to turn my physical card in for) and since Oct.2017 I have sat in secondary around 14 times (coming back from overseas) just to verify the stamp.

We are happily married, submitted a ton of evidence, i.e. the birth certificate of our now two year old daughter......and now we even have #2 on the way.

.......how many people are left waiting? anything else I can do?

thank you all

Hello cooga11,

I advise you to wait. Something is definitely cooking and you will hear back soon. I did a case inquiry when mine was pending and got the same e-mail response you have here. Within 4 weeks of getting that email, my case was approved. Got my card a week after approval so i waited a total of 5 weeks.

Just live your life and don't worry about it. Its good that you got your stamp so you can travel and have work authorization. Your time is coming. It sucks that USCIS is slow but all you can do is stay positive and be patient with them.

Congrats on #2 by the way :)

Hey guys, who are november filers here that have pending N400. I contacted my senator and congressmans office, they contacted USCIS and my field office, and they were basically told that they can not approve my ROC, since I applied for citizenship. NBC particularly said that my case is ready, waiting for an interview to be scheduled, even though when I look online, it doesnt say that I am inline for an interview. Also, when they contacted my field office, they basically said that, they will schedule my interview by August. I could believe their word, since it has been told to these "very important" people, from these political offices. Therefore, within a three months or so, I should be having my interview for N400 probably combined with the ROC interview. I applied for my N400 in December 2017 and my field office is OKC. Just wanted to let you know that, you can contact your political offices to get a solid feedback from USCIS, looks like they are willing to disclose information to them than to us the applicants.

I just sent a request letter to our senator coz her representative asked me to send the request letter to them so they can call uscis and give some updates. Hope she can give us some good news.

Did you file the inquiry even the date is not within the Inquiry Date published in USCIS.gov site?

When did you get the "Pre-adjudication" email?

A month ago when I inquired about the local office transfer glitch and requested them to get physical location of my file.

Did you call them again? Or submit a case inquiry for outside of normal processing time? The official processing time website says they are processing 10/31 still... But yeah if your NOA1 date is 11/09, it is a bit strange that they haven't processed yours yet. (Did you get anything? RFE? any update at all since the Feb/March glitch?)

I was able to do it general inquiry through Tier 2 officer but that's all. And I have not got any update since that local office glitch.

I am 11/03/2016 and have not heard a single thing (no name update, RFE, only the glitch "transfer" notice). Even tier 2 officers told me that everything looks fine and that I should wait until 11/03 comes up as an inquiry date if I haven't been approved by then :(
