Hey guys, who are november filers here that have pending N400. I contacted my senator and congressmans office, they contacted USCIS and my field office, and they were basically told that they can not approve my ROC, since I applied for citizenship. NBC particularly said that my case is ready, waiting for an interview to be scheduled, even though when I look online, it doesnt say that I am inline for an interview. Also, when they contacted my field office, they basically said that, they will schedule my interview by August. I could believe their word, since it has been told to these "very important" people, from these political offices. Therefore, within a three months or so, I should be having my interview for N400 probably combined with the ROC interview. I applied for my N400 in December 2017 and my field office is OKC. Just wanted to let you know that, you can contact your political offices to get a solid feedback from USCIS, looks like they are willing to disclose information to them than to us the applicants.

Well there are several people here who did the same and they were told at the N400 interview that they have to wait for the ROC approval. It is true also however that in about a month, they were being scheduled for the oath ceremony.

Hello all, (NOA - 11/10/2016)

 

USCIS has done it again  so they entered my DOB wrong on my 10 year green card i received. I have copies of all my documentation from my I-485 down to the I-751, i gave them the right date of birth.

 

Lo and behold, my card comes in with a wrong dob. I am assuming i will not have to pay for this mistake. After i fill out a service request and I-90. Should i file the I-90 online or using the paper I-90 since they will have to waive the application fee. Has anyone had this issue and how did they go about fixing it.

 

How long does it typically take to get a turn around and get the card with the right information.

 

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hey, has anyone seen the approval updates on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do  but not on their DHS  account status page (https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant)? I guess either one that says your case is approved will do? Is there any logic to this?

If one has an approval then you are approved. (So Congrats on that and be sure to celebrate!) The generic USCIS website had my approval first and then my DHS account was subsequently updated later reflecting the same information. I am not sure if there's a logi to it, but if you see an approval you are in the clear. Best way to be sure of this approval is if you receive an approval notice or card in the mail.

NOA 11/03/2016 for my ROC I-751

BIO 12/02/2016 (walk in) 

"Case Transferred" glitch 02/26/2018 (never received notice, case still at CSC)

 

......and nothing since then. 

I filed online for a service request and received this on 05/17/2018: 

 

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

 

I travel a lot for work internationally and got my stamp at the LOS office (where I had to turn my physical card in for) and since Oct.2017 I have sat in secondary around 14 times (coming back from overseas) just to verify the stamp. 

We are happily married, submitted a ton of evidence, i.e. the birth certificate of our now two year old daughter......and now we even have #2 on the way.

 

.......how many people are left waiting? anything else I can do?

We filed on the same day and we are on the same boat. Still waiting. Feeling so stressful
