So just an update, we were approved 4-26, and we received the green card on 5-12. Thanks for all the support, and I hope the remaining Nov. 2016 filers get approvals soon.

After over a year of filing the I-751 my husband received the letter of approval. We were not asked to interview as we provided as much information as possible. No immigration officers at our house. F

Hi I am a Nov 3 2016 filer. Did any one revived approval on theses days? My status shows case was received at local office on Feb 26 2018. My local office is Desmoines IA .we attended just the I751 interview on Dec 19 2017 and received another rfe on Dec 28 2017 regarding submission of IRS transcrpits and RFE was sent on Jan 16 2018 to the local office since then nothing. Is any one on the same situation? please let me know

I wish I had per office info but I hope this gives everyone hope.

 

Accepted: Case Approved  and anything till card delivered

So I got my case transfer notice yesterday. It says it got transferred to NBC at Lee's Summit. 

F1 Visa Journey

DHS updated to card in production on May 12 while USCIS still states case recieved on Feb 26th. 

 

Do anyone has similar situation? I don't know which of the website to believe because the DHS site went to card production but no message that state that my case was approved.

That's exactly how mine updated. We were approved 4-26 on the DHS site, and we received the green card on 5-12. The USCIS did not update until my wife's card was mailed. Check my timeline for exact info, time to celebrate, congratulations!

I have only been checking the USCIS site. Where exactly are you checking the DHS site for case status because when I go there it is a hyperlink to the USCIS site.

 It is the same website, the difference is that you need to create an account and then add the numbers to your case (both WAC #s), then you can select you want to receive a text/email when there are updates of your case.

Actually, I just checked again and I created 2 accounts 

 

1.   https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

2.  https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do

 

I checked with both receipt numbers. For the first account I have different messages that they received my case in February 28, for the second account I have a message that they received my case in local office on march 4.

just got my card to day in the mail! so the procedure is like this if any of you wanna have an idea what to expect:

 

Nov 7, 2016 case was received

Feb 28: case got transferred.

May 9  : card ordered

May 10: case approved

May 15: card picked up by USPS with tracking number

May 17: got the card in the mail box!

Congratulations did you file for n400 and did you recieve the transferred to another office notification?

no I didnt apply N400, imma apply for it soon! and no i didnt receive the transfer to other office notice. the list above is all that it changed on my case.
