Interesting stats.. When you say 'Accepted' is that 'Approved'? And does 'other' mean 'My Case was received at local office' status? I fall under WAC1704.. Nov 11 and still waiting.. I did some check on that range and 50% were approved and others were pending overall..

After over a year of filing the I-751 my husband received the letter of approval. We were not asked to interview as we provided as much information as possible. No immigration officers at our house. F

This is the WAC number that started to work recently and showing “local office” glitch for majority of fillers correct? 

Not the original one that haven’t been changed since NOA1? 

My “old” one is in WAC1704

and “glitch” one is in WAC1707 

hmmm

My “old” one is in WAC1704

and “glitch” one is in WAC1707 

hmmm 

 

Correct. I do not think USCIS updates the 'old' one anymore because when I check around lot of cases it just says CRI-89 was received but you could confirm with some people who are getting approved.

Im dec filer and I checked many cases around my WAC number. The new transfer to NBC is not as prevalent as I thought. Most cases are still stuck in the old feb/march transfer meaning the transfer to NBC definitely mean an interview is in the work. Whether its a N400 combo or just luck on I751 interview alone.

Before approval, where you part of the group that got transferred to NBC? Or didnt recieve any transfer notice?

Congratulations! Did you file N400?  Did you receive any interview for N400 and I751 combo?

No I did not applied for Citizenship but I will next month. My Case message was transferred to local office since March 5th and stays the same until I got the message " New card in being produced "

Did you receive your green card recently? Immigration can ask you to return it.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced Monday that 8,543 people will have to return their Permanent Resident Cards, also known as "green cards," because of a production error.

The federal agency indicated that the cards were printed with an incorrect “Resident Since” date and mailed between February and April 2018.

According to a statement from the immigration agency, those affected were the spouses of U.S. citizens who applied for residency under form I-751, a petition to remove conditions on Residence.

Because of the technical error, the agency will notify those affected or their attorneys. They should return their green cards in a prepaid envelope within 20 days of receiving the notice or return them at a USCIS field office.

approved include: case approved, card being made, card mailed, card received.
