Sounds fishy from their angle.   Good luck.   I would come up with some strong evidence to show that you are still financially interlinked.

Unfortunately in this immigration process you cant just decide not to like something, as immigrants we have people outside of our marriage to answer to, so you’re going to either have to get a lawyer for this or do it yourself by being truthful to whats going on. 

 

It doesnt look good from bona fide marriage stand point, but looking good means nothing its about explaining your story.

My 751 was approved on 4/26/2018, and I got my approval notice in the mail on 4/30/2018, but I still got 2 updates yesterday and the day before saying they have transferred my case to another office and a new office that has the jurisdiction over my case. It is like a system update for 751 applicants with 400 pending, approved or scheduled. My oath will be on 23rd this month, but I will probably lose my eligibility due to the passing of my husband 3 days after the interview. I would not read too much into these updates because they all belong to "initial review" stage.

Is there any particular order in which they're processing files or is it completely random?

 

The reason I am asking is that my NOA is 11/22/2016 with case ID starting with WAC17056 and I've seen several approvals with the same NOA date and later.

I also see that some case before mine (based on the WAC number) were either approved or transferred.

 

It's been 17.5 months this week, so I guess I might have to wait another 1.5 months.

Hi guys! I just got out of midterm exam for my class and got the email saying: New card is being Produced ! 

On May 9, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC17038XXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

Does this mean I got approved?? What should I be expecting next? man, this is such a good news after a long period of waiting... even my user name says it all... haha hope everyone will get good news soon!!!

 

and can any one add me to the time table since I never know where it is... thanks

IF you have applied for n-400, most likely they will not mail you the card is what my lawyer said. your status will change to case transferred at your local office and you will go through the interview. if you have not applied for n-400, they will soon mail you the new card.

Hi!,

 

Mine is an NOA of 11/10/2016

 

In the absence of filing N-400 if you got this notification, then an approval and card mailed to address will follow shortly. Ps. I didn't file for N-400. I got the same message on 05/03/2018 and as of today - 05/10/2018, my card has been mailed and i should receive it from USPS anytime in the next 10 - 30 days (or less I hope).

 

If you filed N-400, you probably won't receive your card and will have to go through the interview process for N-400. 

 

That withstanding, its good movement.

 

So Congratulations are in order!

I really don't think there is any logical order they are taking to process cases. For over two weeks I was in the same boat as you (11/10/2016 NOA) Many cases before and after me were approved or there was some movement such as a transfer or RFE.

 

However , unexpectedly late last week and early this week I received a firm approval and card mailed to my address respectively on my case online. I think if your file is complete (pending any need for further verification from the officer reviewing your case) they will get to you here pretty soon. Its just a waiting game that honestly most of us are tired of at this point.

 

Good luck though, I hope there is some movement on yours soon.

yeah, I didnt file the N400 cuz I dont want to mess it up and waiting more on it... I wanted to make sure one thing is done first hehe I am a chicken that way  . anyways, I had like 30 accounts around my number checked for all last month and this month, most of them got approved and some RTE and finally my turn! I could tell around 1 case got approves in my list per day or two... so I can assume that it is moving!

I'm 11/09 and still waiting.. so yes the order is not symmetrical. +my file was huge so may be they put at the bottom or something. I will create a request once they pass 11.09 date.
