Hello,

Probably a dumb question, but still want to make sure I'm doing it right.

We're filing for AOS. When I look at our NOA2 (i797), there is a petitioner and a beneficiary A Number. Which one should we use on these forms? I'm guessing the beneficiary number since it's located next to her name. Just want to confirm. Thanks!

Yes, above the foreign fiance(e)'s name on the NOA2 I-129F approval notice.

Just want to point out that not all countries put the A# on the visa itself, nor entered into the passport, so not everyone will be able to find it there.
