hi

no need for the passport, only one proof of citizenship is needed. the copy of the citizenship certificate will be enough

will his mom authorize him to come and live with you and his dad? since he is a minor, he will need permission from his mom to leave the country

looks good, I don't think the court paper is needed

Thank you for the reply I will remove the passport & court papers from the list.

Mom is happy with him being with us currently he has been spending 3 holidays a year with us totaling 3 months the rest in UK however Mom is now remarrying & is happy that he lives with us & just visits her the 3 times a year.

Where will the son be interviewed USA or UK? We assumed UK in which case his Mom would take him to the interview?

Thanks for replies filing now so should avoid the price increase!

He is currently in England does that make a difference how I file?

Obviously we put him on my husbands original i-130 in 2009 but now we are doing one for him in his own right.

Do I need to send 2 copies of my everything with i-130?
