March 2nd- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 5th- got NOA1 in mail

March 10th- Notice of Biometrics for March 31st

March 28th- noticed case transfered to CSC. :whistle:

I'm confused how you can get a touch for AOS even before you have the checks cashed or the Noa1?

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

congrats on the transfer to california ...find the list for the californian transfers and you can be added to it and see how everyone else are going....

1st march was the date on the NOA1...(be looks of their timeline)

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

I wondered too, we checked bank, knew the check cashed in March 2nd. :unsure:

Wow, you are flying :thumbs: It took four months before Claudeth's AOS was transferred to CSC but then only 30 days more before she got her GC without an interview. Hope all goes well! Good luck :thumbs:

Wish I could get transferred to CSC. I am definitely NOT looking forward to having to go to an interview. It would be soo much easier without it. From what I've heard they are pretty useless anyways. Basically we have to drive 7 hours for a 10 minute interview just so some govt employee can look at all the ####### we've already sent in plus a few photo albums.

I really hope my case goes to CSC! hehehe... Probably wont happen tho since we got an RFE. :(

2/25/07 - Package arrived in Chicago

3/05/07 - Checks cashed

3/05/07 - Received NOAs for I-765, I-485, & I-130!

3/09/07 - All touched

3/10/07 - Received biometrics appt letter

3/12/07 - All touched

3/13/07 - I-130 & I-765 touched

3/15/07 - I-485 touched

3/15/07 - Received email informing me that an RFE has been mailed to me about the I-485

3/19/07 - Received RFE for I-485 in the mail.

3/20/07 - Biometrics appt

3/23/07 - Mailed back RFE with signature confirmation

3/26/07 - RFE was delivered to Lee's Summit, MO & was signed for by "Ashley Love"

Thats good news. I have also noticed that the past few timelines on here from people who have filed in Memphis have been approved without interviews. Maybe Memphis is backed up and we wont have to have an interview! *Crosses fingers*
