Hi guys,

I have filed for adjustment of status since June (i485, i130, i765, etc.), the last thing I have heard was "my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".

Anyone knows what is the latest wait time from getting this update to the actual interview? I filed it at Chicago lockbox and it is being processed in Lee's Summit, MO.

And (hopefully) I will be getting my EAD next, anyone know if having this EAD will allow me to get my real estate agent license? Or do I need to wait for the interview (subsequently the green card) prior to getting my real estate license?

I hope I did not post this in the wrong forum category. Thanks for all your information and help!

Welcome to the forum.

The obvious question is, what are the requirements for obtaining a real estate agent license in California, in particular, the residency requirements? Suggest that you do a Google search for the appropriate California state agency for real estate agent licensure.
