This is very serious.

If you have never applied for a visa before, then either your dad said something wrong (intentionally to help you get a visa or accidentally), or there was something wrong in your paperwork that makes them think you are trying to use fraud to get a visa. We here do not know what that is, but you could probably find out. It could be that he did not mention you in his own visa paperwork, or that your birth certs do not match/ seem to indicate you are someone elses child, or any of a number of things.

Do you have a copy of all the paperwork your dad sent in? Look through it very closely, it may give you a clue.

Because you are minors it shouldn't be anything you did directly ( minors aren't accountable for their actions except in extreme cases.) It almost has to be something your father did/said.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I think because they found your dad doesn't continuing residency in US ( you said your dad currently live in Portland).

It is not to late. My suggestion, your dad have to come back live in US and apply for US citizenship, after that refile for y'll again, more faster.

Good LUCK,

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

The place listed in the OP's profile says Portland, Oregon. Someone earlier in this thread confused it with Poland. It's reoccurred because someone else hadn't read the entire thread before posting.

The dad needs to consult with an immigration lawyer. Fast.

The dad needs to own up to what he misrepresented. (rather than leave his kids in limbo on this forum).

So I posted here awhile ago that I got refused under 212((a)(6)©. My father emailed U.S. embassy and then they told him that "we're sending ur case to USCIS. If we need more information, we'll tell u". So how long do we have to wait? Is there a chance that USCIS reaffirm our case?

There is a chance, but a very, very, small one. You need a lawyer to help you sort out WHY they denied the case. Frankly, your dad probably knows.

yes he just met a lawyer and told him everything that had happened to us. And he has no clue. Then he asked my dad how he went to the U.S and lawyer said that they refused probably due to my dad because before he went there, my mom and dad got divorced. In Cambodia, most illegal immigrants got divorced before he/she went there and then they start bringing their child. Is that the reason y we got denied?
