Did you ever apply for a visa before and lie about something ? Either your father made a false claim about you or you have told something that appears to be a lie on this or another form.

My father filed us in 2013. And he currently lives in Portland.

When you got your passports back, did the US Embassy give you any other paperwork?

Everyone is guessing in trying to help you. The reason for the denials may be in your paperwork.

Also, look closely at your passports. Did they write in anything in there? Often, they will but a short string of numbers and letters in which is a code to explain why you were denied.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

By "paperwork" they mean the papers that you were given when you were told you were denied. That's is what people are asking for.

Based on the document you posted you got denied due to fraud or misrepresentation (a lie) or both.

Talk to your father.
