We were approved the 26th of June and were told we would have the visa in 5-10 days. I check the status of the case and it went into AP yesterday. Could this just mean theyvare working on issuing visa now. I thought I heard everyone goes into AP at sometime. Just trying to keep my thoughts positive as I'm holding the paper that talks about coming to the US and now the case is in AP.

Your timeline states your interview/approval was just on October 26, 2016. If that is correct, it has only been 3 working days. After the interview your status will change back and forth from AP to Ready and then fianlly to Issued.

You can read up in the AP forum, but if they said 5-10 days, it's only been 3.

Thanks. Yes it has been. I think I have had a brain fart calculating my business days. But I will go check that forum. I just thought you had to get a 221g to go AP.

Hoping closer to 2 yeah its this process. You would know about getting to the last stage and then things changing. We will also be going through houston but have 3hrs to get through cbp to catch a connection.. you really can't rest until you are holding your spouse in the US.

Thanks!
