Who did the request?

If you applied for yourself, then probably will be denied

If employer did the request, his attorney knows what to do

these attorneys are quite expensive and handle all the documents for the employer

This request should come from the employer / he does all the work and pays the immigration attorney

the job must meet special requirements and not be able to be filled by USC or green card holder here in the US
