you have joint car insurance but not car ownership. showing joint responsibility for assets is a lot more meaningful than joint access to them. hence why it is better to have a joint account rather than just an authorized user.

We both paid cash for our cars.

Their evidence is strong enough without this. They can always come back and do it if they get a RFE.

I've yet to see one legit couple denied ROC. Worst comes to worst they give you a Stokes interview.

You don't need to include W2s if you submit transcripts.

You got a RFE because you provided returns without W2s most likely.

yes i did not include the w2s with the transcripts, I ordered them though for my RFE, does it mean if I send the transcripts i dont need the W2s .
