Extrait d'Archives/Archives Extract Haiti

Hi everyone,

My fiance is a citizen of Haiti, and got a birth certificate in July. However, she cannot be given an extract (extrait d'archives) right now since she would have to wait until February to get it. Our interview is scheduled for December. Does anyone know if an attestation can be used or if a letter from a lawyer can be given to the embassy explaining the situation?

I am at the same situation too,i have the old one.But when i wrote the embassy they said: i must have and bring the new archive extract which is currently Traffic and not the former.I did it and paid for it,but i fon't get yet in my bands. And my interview is in a few days.

They don't give it yet to me,that's the problem.
