Can someone help me with this..

Will my family be asked to redo medical examination and new police clearance since it is 6 month 2 weeks since they had one for immigrant visa?

They are under administrative review.

I read somewhere and it says 1 year before it expire. I want to be sure if its the same for the US embassy in Ghana.

Also, do you have any clue when visa officer make decision after they receive the DNA result and is a match?

It is almost a month and some days now since they receive the result
