But you can send your documents already now that you have paid one fee and have a cover sheet.

Oh wait, you're in Canada? Are you doing electronic processing?

Give it a day or two it would be unlock. They wont send any email to let you know its ready.

Received Invoice email for Immigrant Visa . Paid it . Now to DS-260 after " Paid" Status.

Scan date of September 28th, Supervisor review 11/09 (Yesterday).

The lady I spoke to today told me something I hadn't heard mentioned before. Do other people get the same information?

She said that the supervisor review doesn't actually remove the case from the normal queue to be reviewed. It only notifies a supervisor that it has been over 6 weeks and if they are available they can review it. It doesn't actually delay the outcome of the normal review process. It can only make it quicker if the supervisor looks at it, but if they don't it still remains in the queue that it was sitting in prior to requesting a supervisor review.

I feel like some people have questioned starting a supervisor review at exactly 6 weeks before, but this would suggest there is absolutely no harm in doing it as soon as you can.

So, on the CEAC website, do "Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence" and "Civil Documents" ever change from saying N/A?

Also, how long after sending all your documents to the NVC did you get a scan date?

We mailed our documents before they had processed our DS-260, so our "scan date" was the date the DS-260 was processed (We mailed stuff like 4 days earlier). I think on September 27th when I called they said "We got your mail, we are processing your DS-260", and then the next day was our scan date.

Congrats we have the same scan date and not update yet. I guess we all know NVC is not consistent in processing.

Im beyond upset right now. We're at 8 weeks and 2 days since scan date. We got a checklist for 2 judicial certificates that the NVC website says are supposed to be belight to the interview. We had to email the embassy to see IF they'll accept the case so we can bring the certificates to the interview. Who know how long it will take for the consulate to respond.
