My husband called NVC today and was told him that he can see progress and that by end of this week we will get some news.

as my scan date was Sept 22nd and file was sent for supervisor review on Nov 4th.

Anyone was told same thing? is that mean CC will be this week ,,????

Scan date Sep 27th got CC this morning

Did you go on supervisor review last week? My scan date is 28th, on review last wednesday. Nothing yet, though I tried to call and I got the "instant rejection" voicemail because they were too busy. I was calling exactly at 7:00 AM EST!

Finally got ahold of someone (busy day today I guess). Supervisor review for 1 week so far, it hasn't been requested by the Supervisor.

I've seen some people ask to speak to the Supervisor. How long should I wait before doing that? How do you ask? Do you just say "Can I speak to the supervisor assigned?" or do they put you in touch with a random supervisor?

Hello everyone. i got a question one of the check list in the cover sheet says proof of relationship!! do they mean the relationship between petitioner and beneficiaries or petitioner and joint sponsoors?

Proof of relationship is only needed if you have a household member of a (joint) sponsor filing an I-864A - those people must prove they are related to the (joint) sponsor by sending a marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.

I need help,my wife had her interview and was given a white slip with section ACT 221(g) and she was told her documents will be sent to USCIS and then to petitioner , please has someone had situation like this,am frustrated

Please how long does it take to for 221(g) get to USA before getting to me am frustrated, please please I need and if possible a lawyer am confused

221(g) usually means that some documents are missing, incomplete or unsatisfactory. Does the white slip give any further detail as to which documents are missing?
