Just a quick question. Converting case from F2A to CR1 does require to submit any additional fee? AOS $120.00 and IV Fee $325.00 already paid while case was in F2A category.My wife inteview is on Nov 16. Hope everthing will be fine.

No there are no additional fees to move from F2A to CR1

I doubt it. But I'm happy with this date. London is a strange embassy in that K-1 and DCF CR-1 cases can schedule their own interviews online (and keep going back to change the date as earlier appointments become available due to cancellations and changes) but those of us going through the NVC have to accept the date we are given.

I see.. You are just a month away anyway. I haven't seen mine change to IN TRANSIT but I guess it wont be until like a month before the interview date.

My hubby had his interview today in ciudad juarez and he was APPROVED!!! ???????? He was asked from where he crossed the boarder, how many years we have been married, how many kids we have and their ages, and if he had any problems with the police in either mexico or the us. He said it was really fast and the man doing the interview was very kind! My question now is because he had a friday interview that means we will have to wait till next week to expect his visa package at the dhl... correct? Any body have any ideas about how long it takes on average in Juarez for it to be ready for pick up? Thanks!! ?

It will take from 2 to 3 weeks. It might mostly depend on the country too.

Just checking in Wishing everyone luck and patience this month. Medical was completed this week and 12 days until my husband's interview!

Wife's interview is tomorrow morning. Just got done putting together documents and a copy. Gonna be a long day, but hopefully a good one. Best wishes to everyone with interviews coming and also everyone waiting for interview schedule. Our 9 month visa journey is almost over!
