Thanks...original scan date was Nov. 7th. Received a checklist on Nov. 9 requesting an I-864 instead of an I-864EZ. Submitted checklist item on Nov. 9. So Nov. 9 was my second scan date. THIS IS THROUGH ELECTRONIC PROCESSING as my wife's consulate participates in that. Obviously, it is much faster. Supposedly a different group of people process the "Electronic Processing".

Hope everyone gets action on their case soon.

Wow I'm sorry to heard that, stay strong, I'm having a hard time because on this 10 days they haven't gave me my appointment date, I can't only imagine how difficult is spend already 70 and nothing has happened, let's keep hoping that soon enough we will get our appointment dates!

So, as NVC will be closed tomorrow, I thought I'd just get in a quick call this evening as it will be 7 days since CC tomorrow. Wasn't really expecting any news, but thought I'd just call anyway.

Spent just under half an hour waiting tonight, longer than my usual waiting times when calling them!

Asked if we had been scheduled an interview yet by any chance...

EEEEEK! DECEMBER 19TH I AM SO EXCITED. It's not quite hit me yet. I think I'm going to wake up tomorrow and it's suddenly going to hit me. JUST OVER 5 WEEKS. I'm gonna be with my husband for New Year and I am feeling so grateful right now. NVC had just scheduled it yesterday. The lady wished me good luck which was lovely of her.

Congratulations to everyone who has received CC lately, may we all get to our loved ones soon!

CONGRATS!!!!!! When you called did you press option 4? I called yesterday to check in and I just got the "interviews are scheduled last of the month and you will have an interview within three months of complete document review" etc etc
