I just did this. You need one I-864 per person. So, you paythe fee 3 times.

Good luck

Wrong. There are no fees involving I-864.

I have an I-864 for myself, do I photocopy the two for my children (both under 14 years old) or complete the forms again. I read the instructions but I aren't sure which would be best.

I would just photccopy them all except the last page. Add a new last page and have the sponsor (your spouse), sign it so that there is an original signature on each Affidavit.

Thanks for the advice Florida_guy.

With the I-130 I'm going to include our daughters birth certificate, copy of medical card w/ whole family named, copy of car insurance which has both our names, and a copy of bank account with both names. Do you think that would be enough or will I need more? What do I include in my daughters (filing with me on seperate I-130's) I have a birth cert & marriage cert, do I need to include anything else?

On my affidavit on section 3 question 9 my husband named my two daughters who are filing with me at the same time. Now I'm looking back I'm not sure if this is right as it says do not name people who are filing separate petitions. I'm so confused

I think just your daughter's birth certificate with both of your names on it is pretty good evidence of a real marriage, but if you want to send more, that's fine... I would send everything in every I-130, unless someone here thinks otherwise.

as far as the I-864, I would leave the girls' names on it, because it says: "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition." It is not really a separate petition for your daughters, but lets hear from someone else as well, cuz I am not sure as we have no children yet.

The medical was done here in the US.

Thanks for the help Florida_guy :)

I have my husband photocopying what seems like a gazillion pay stubs x3 (a copy for each I-864), I'm going to include a few old ones too to show the length of employment.

I was hoping to mail it yesterday but where my husband works they have to write off for the letter from employer, doesn't make sense really that they don't have letterhead paper at every store but what can you do :D

Now my new goal is either Saturday or Monday morning.

Today, I am at work (!) putting all the paperwork together...

I am not sending any pay stubs, only letter from my employer and 2004, 2005 and 2006 tax returns.

Good Luck putting everything together, I had the bed covered in paper and my checklist with me to get everything in order last night :)

Does anyone have any more info about my previous questions.....

On my affidavit on section 3 question 9 my husband named my two daughters who are filing with me at the same time. Now I'm looking back I'm not sure if this is right as it says do not name people who are filing separate petitions. We are filing an I-130 each if this helps, but they're filing as minors with me if you see what I mean.

Florida_guy helped but said he wasn't 100% sure

Thanks :)
