Q1: my wife is going to sponsor me, we got married last month. the problem is she filed for 2013 taxes last week and its gonna take a while to pay the debt, Do I need a joint sponsor in this case

Q2: I have two long middle names, what to do in this situation.

Q3: for my I 485 the part " current uscis status and expires on ", its F-1 visa and I cant see the expiration on my I94, where I can get from.

1. What about 2014 and 2015 taxes? But as long as she has made payment arrangements with the IRS, she can sponsor.

2. List them; hand write them in, or use an additional sheet of paper if necessary.

3. Does it not say anything on your passport's visa page?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

1. She filed for these years on time now issues with that. the problem is with 2013. we are trying to do "offer counter-offer" and that will take couple months, doing the installments will cost more.

2. Do I have to attach a separate paper for each form ( I485, I 864, I 131....etc) or just one paper for all of them?

3. actually it does say but from what I understood I have to fill it from the I 94, I am trying to avoid any tiny mistake.
