Trouble uploading picture to ds 160

Could someone please assist me with uploading picture to ds 160 application. It states picture passes quality standards but when I hit continue using this photo I receive an error message to try again later this has happened Friday and Saturday

I just tried this. The issue I ran into was that the save button was off the bottom on my screen. You may need to maximize the window so you can scroll down and save the cropped image.

I was able to crop and save. I am actually having the issue after uploading pic and moving to the next screen when it states continue using this picture. Thank you for responding. I see you live close by to me. How is your process going so far?

use firefox browser , some ppl get issues when they use google chrome or safari

Overall well. I booked my ticket for the interview. I am not enjoying the DS 160 form. I wish we could copy the data from the B2 we submitted earlier this year.. I can understand why it is so hard for Irina with just an tablet to work through it.

Passport photo is correct.
