August 31st I entered the country under a visa U3. In 2014 I had to file for an extension because I wasn't able to complete the 3 years required for me to file my adjustment of status. I was granted permission until August 10, 2016. Unfortunately, my work permit was received until January of 2016 and by that time I was expecting and unable to work. I'm now over staying my visa and don't know how to go about it because my father had hired a lawyer to do the procedures before so I'm currently uneducated on what to do. If someone knows please help as I now have a daughter and can not bare the idea of being separated from her. Thank you in advance.
