Just read the news, seems like all of our files will be deposited in a storage, and emigration will be working on deporting most illegal south Americans and others. .Personally, will give my petition two more months after that will notify my fiancee of change of plans. Live is a bit**.  In my dream, I thought I head it :(

AND you have a NOA 1 of NOV 2nd.

Very unlikely you will have to wait more than two more weeks not two more MONTHS.

I dug around on-line and could find nothing to coincide with what you are posting here.

maybe my terminology is not correct but here is how it works. I says "click here" to sign and verify that you are the visa applicant .

You just click the box and agree. That is all.

There is no cursive signing like when UPS brings by a package. Sorry if I made it more confusing then it should be.

Jim

Alright my understanding was wrong. Sorry and thank you very much for clarifying it :) i was worried cause i thought i had to make like i digital signature. By the way, about the ds-160. How do you fill it out with your fiance? Do you have shared account?

Excellent we would love to see this.

I tried the VPN app and it works like a charm to make the IP issue a non-factor.

Jim

True, but you have to literally go through tens of thousands numbers to get all the I-129Fs...which takes time and probably isn't too friendly on their servers. :) My plan is to limit it just to the I-129Fs and scan them all once a day and output a report. That way we'll catch any changes even if they're not on the few set of days most people here are watching.

Where did you hear this? I follow the news and I haven't seen anything mentioning K-1s. At worst, they could put some limits on certain countries, but even that requires legislative approval, which isn't happening anytime soon. Like immigration, nothing in the federal legislature is ever quick. Executive orders are limited in scope as to what they can do (i.e. DACA).

Just as a heads up...I wrote a quick script to extract all the I-129Fs and pull their statuses. Once extracted (which may take days due to IP bans), I can start pulling the data on just those records daily so we can have a more comprehensive idea of what's going on daily (instead of just a few people pulling a couple ranges).

Are you interacting directly with the USCIS database or using an app on iPhone or Android?

Thanks.

Hi, great question. The answer is when VJ created the timeline inputs it specifically stated to use ONLY the letter on your NOA 1 which is in the upper right hand corner (used to be left corner) of the hard copy.

THAT is your official NOA 1. Not the date USCIS received our cases, Not the date of an email or the date the letter arrived in the mail.  NOA 1 is the DATE on the Form I-797C.

Having said this many people here are using the wrong date but it will only be off by a few days. I think it's important for people to all use the correct hard copy dates to give us the most reliable info.

Jim

I wish it was only a few days. My NOA1 is a whopping 10 days after the receive date. Looks like you November filers got at least some luck in that regard. Still hoping the USCIS goes by the receive date instead. Good luck to all.

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Yes don't leave any travel out. Add as many pages for continuation as needed.

LDR are never easy as we all know.

You are almost there. Hang on.

Feel free to vent that's what this thread is for amongst other things.

Jim

For I-160

Arrival/Departure History Now Available on I-94 Webpage

https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/spotlights/arrivaldeparture-history-now-available-i-94-webpage

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search

April 30, 2014

Customs and Border Protection launched a new webpage on May 1 that offers nonimmigrant U.S. visitors access to their I-94 arrival/departure record and their arrival/departure history.

The new CBP webpage allows nonimmigrant travelers to access arrival/departure records going back five years from the request date. This electronic travel-history function means that travelers may no longer need to file Freedom of Information Act requests to receive their arrival/departure history, greatly speeding their process. Travelers will have electronic access to the date and port of entry of their arrivals and departures.

When travelers visit the I-94 webpage they can retrieve their I-94 arrival/departure record number and five-year travel history by entering the required name, date of birth, and passport information.

Can you provide the link? I couldn't find it nowhere. This is creating a panic? lol

I only found this link: http://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-poised-to-wield-executive-power-to-make-immigration-changes-1485116367

Which was released yesterday. but only talked about

Cut funding for sanctuary cities

End DACA protections

Reject refugees

Speed up deportations

Announce a border wall

Toughen rules for Central American migrants

Tighten legal visa system: The Obama administration allowed spouses of certain skilled foreign workers to work as well. It also expanded a program that lets foreign students stay in the U.S. while looking for work. Both policies could be reversed.

Are we affected by this? We are entering US in legal way. SO i hope not.

Val

ROC Process:

07.07.2020: I-751 Mailed

07.10.2020: NOA

11.23.2021: Received 24 Months Extension
