Im actually starting to believe since the hold up from late oct. They threw all order out of rhe window and just started picking whatever cases to get caught up. So ive decided to just not expect anything. But if Feb hits. They are gonna get a call from me everyday. Lol

OMG! Im crying right now! i'm in shock... someone slap me and we wake me up! :'D   after 87 days of waiting we finally got approved!!  I need to tell my fiance T^T.

Our receipt date is 11/21 and notice date is 11/25. I check everyday and none of the cases have been touched up where we are yet. Hopefully they will get to us soon. Overtime or whatever they need to do. I respect the process as it makes us safe, but I am anxious to continue with the process. We have everything ready to go, we just need the NVC case number and we are golden.

11/18/16 - I-129F Package sent!

11/19/16 - Delivered at Dallas Lock Box - per USPS

11/28/16 - NOA1 SMS/Email - Routed to CSC

12/02/16 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

If you read through our fellow Nov filer's link about a guy who used to work inside USCIS, yes there's no order. There will be  boxes of files consisting of 50 applicants (per box). And they pick boxes randomly. So some maybe sitting there for awhile and some get theirs earlier. But he said do not worry because it will be surely get touched but yes will take awhile. Be patient, although I'm already losing it. Haha.

ROC Process:

07.07.2020: I-751 Mailed

07.10.2020: NOA

08.04.2020: Biometrics (Re-used From 2017)

11.23.2021: Received 24 Months Extension

00.00.2022: Awaiting Interview/Approval

approvals usually come at 10pm est , RFEs come anytime but that was 2016

Im so happy ur fiances almost hear. Was kinda sad when u didnt reply if u had any plans to celebrate ? since we have the same country it hits a little closer to home. So ill ask again :rolleyes: any plans once ur fiance gets here on friday!

Hi Jim - didn't use up my searches today, so ran 10/31 just now. Using the first and last WAC as determined by Chelleyandaaron (first being WAC1790049058, last being WAC1790049978, total of 1000 cases searched), it appears that the totals today for 10/31 are:

 

102 approvals

3 rejected

69 RFEs

193 unworked/other

 

I do not know if that is any more approvals total than yesterday as I have not been tracking 10/31 and I can't find your last post quickly with all the data - but those are the total 10/31 receipt date numbers as of five minutes ago.
