A few updates before sleepy time.

 

1.) Congrats to Brittney & Sam NOA November 10 and approved January 12 - they flew right ahead of the line might be luck or Expedite request.

2.) There were ZERO approvals today (Jan 13th) ( I just double checked ) for 10/28 Receipt date. At least not any of the ones I have been tracking. 

remains at 55 approved, 3 rejects, 45 RFE and 32 others.

They took over 2.5 months JUST approve 38 cases but then yesterday they approved 34 MORE in one day to total 72 now approved.

 

Well I was really HOPING that today Friday they would approve at least another 20 WRONG.

They approved ZERO for 10/31 how sad.

 

There were about 5 RFE's issued today however for 10/31 received date.

 

Oh and Monday is Martin Luther King Day - Fed Holiday so no USCIS activity until January 17th.

 

Hope there has been some activity on other receipt dates.

I Just ran the figures for 31 October and it shows that there were more cases processed on Friday - perhaps some of the figures are late coming through?

 

i think my figures are now showing (for 31st oct)

 

100 approvals

3 rejections

45 RFE

219 waiting

 

(I can't get the app to just search the i129fs so have to run 500 of all then filter - it takes me three searches to get all the info and add it up - is there a shortcut?)

 

So it IS still moving - albeit slowly

I'm searching from WAC1790049048 plus 500. I was not able to find any I-129F's for 10/31 prior to that WAC number. 

I don't recall seeing any AFTER WAC1790049548

Hi Jim,

 

I search from WAC1790048700 to WAC1790049978 (there are 70 applications between 48700 and 49200 - currenlty showing 28 approved - 8 of these on 1/13 -, 5 RFEs and 37 waiting).  I can't locate the start number for the earliest application as I am locked out again - but the latest I have is WAC1790049978.

For those of us with 10/18 as NOA-1 date there was no good news on Friday 13, alas. No more approvals or RFE's. I am afraid that our cases are buried forever under a pile of other petitions. It's so depressing.

11/04/16 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received
01/13/17- NOA2 Text and Email  **wohhoooo 76 days**
01/20/17 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received 
01/27/17 - Embassy Received. Case status set as Ready
02/07/17 - Medical ( Passed!!!!)
02/23/17 - Interview (APPPRRROOOOVVEEDDDDD)
02/24/17 - Visa Issued

02/28/2017 - Visa in Hand =)

04/03/2017 - Pick up our doggy passport for our fur child
04/06/2017 - Arrived in USA!!!

04/24/2017 - Applied for SSN

04/28/2017 - SSN arrived, got a state ID card and opened bank account

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview
