I have so many questions. I dont even know where to BEGIN!

1. So basically my service center isnt california? I sent it to the dallas address (p.o. box) got a letter back from Cali. So does that mean Texas is really handling it?

Ask away..hehe

Your service center is what ever it says on you NOA 1 and 99.99 % are CSC.

Your I-129F was sent to dallas as required from there they send it to the service center to work and as stated it would be Cali CSC.

Texas no longer has anything to do with your file.

Hope this helps

Jim

That's only 1 question... :P

CSC is your service center. TX is just a lockbox to direct it to the service center that processes it.

My timeline says.......

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between February 13, 2017 and April 1, 2017*.

Im literally depressed now.. I havent checked my timeline until now....... i planned my trip for march assuming he will be here in the summer... im a teacher so i get summers of...i will be distraught if its not approved by then because i cud have spend 2 months with him vs. 2 weeks. Im praying so hard because im gettin impatient took me 4 months to get my packet together now im beating myself up for sending it oct 31 (trying to avoid a RFI by going over my packet 5000 times) ..had i sent it begin of sept..he would probably almost be here :'(  .

another question... what happens to the packet i sent to uscis..... i made a huge mistake and didnt make copies of everything in my packet ...( 90% was copied). Do they give it to the interviewer? my fiance or what? I still have a binder of most of what i sent but the check copy..and some text messages are missing. But from my understanding im making a second binder for my fiance to take to the interview... am i doing this right?

Like the other poster here, you have your Service Center set as Texas, and then transferred to CSC. Texas doesn't process I-129Fs...it's just a lockbox. Update your timeline to show CSC as your service center and remove the transferred field.

You filled your timeline incorrectly, since your case wasn't transferred to CSC but routed there. If your receipt number starts with wac, then please change your service center to Csc and get more accurate predictions. If it was transferred, you'd get a letter after the noa1 literally saying it was transferred. If your case ever was at Tsc it would've started with src.

Edit: seems like someone already explained that :)

He could still easily have an interview in the month of march if not sooner (no promises) and he should be here long before summer unless there is a big surprise.

The Embassy should get most of what you sent with your I-129F from the CSC. Good idea to keep copies of everything.  Yes you can work on 2nd binder to show continued proof of ongoing relationship.

Alert! Ok lets see how active CSC was today regarding I-129F.

For cases received by USCIS on 10/31 there were ZERO approvals again today per the USCIS Phone App.

Maybe they are not very motivated on Mondays. <_<

A small tiny tiny bit of good news there were TWO RFE's issued today from cases received on 10/31

So here is where it stands

31 approvals

3 rejects

32 RFEs' (was 30 on Friday the 6th)

and

287 Other - or Unworked.

Those numbers for just one days worth of I-129F's.

Not very promising at all.

I will check for 10/28 receipt dates in a few hours I can only take so much bad news at a time...LOL
